Judith Parsons is a Business Director and organisation development consultant with Ashridge, specialising in leadership development and organisational change. She has worked with many international and UK-based clients helping them to develop and implement effective strategies for cultivating leadership and talent, build their global leadership capability and manage complex issues of change and engagement. She works with a wide variety of learning approaches - workshop-based learning, active experimentation and facilitative processes - and can also offer specialisms in executive coaching, virtual facilitation and action learning. Her clients include Vodafone, Lufthansa, Alfa Laval, Jaguar Land Rover, UNAIDS, WHO, the NHS and a number of UK Government departments. She has worked in the UK, Scandinavia, Asia, China, the Middle East and Africa.

Before joining Ashridge Judith worked in economic development, ultimately becoming Chief Executive of two high profile quangos in the UK. She is also a founding director of Young Potential, a charity working with disadvantaged young people.
