Judy Gearhart  is the Executive Director of International Labor Rights Forum (ILRF) since March 2011. She is also an adjunct lecturer at Columbia University. Previously, she was Program Director at Social Accounability International (SAI). She has worked on democratization, women''s rights and labor rights for SEDEPAC, an NGO based in Mexico City. She later worked for UNICEF and the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Honduras, developing a monitoring and evaluation program for UNICEF and coordinating a multi-disciplinary study on child labor for the ILO. Gearhart has participated in numerous public fora and published on topics including: NGO networks'' influence on policy-making, child labor, and corporate social responsibility. Gearhart holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Human Rights Advocates Program of the Institute for the Study of Human Rights.
