Background

Josie Sutcliffe is an Associate at The Praxis Centre, Cranfield School of Management and is joint Programme Director for the Beyond Presentations Speaking to Inspire and Impact and Influence programmes.  She also facilitates programmes in Leadership Development for Cranfield’s Centre for Customised Executive Development (CCED).

Josie has over thirty years experience of working in the arts, education and communication building for business in the UK and internationally.

She has worked in Higher Education, as Head of the Theatre Department at Dartington College of Arts, as a Director in the professional theatre, as a coach and facilitator/trainer in both public and private sectors and as an advisor/mentor to creative and other industries.  She has also established and run several businesses in catering, road haulage and graphic design – a diverse portfolio!

Josie is an accredited Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor (ILM) and a consultant in the fields of Conflict Resolution and Facilitative Workplace Mediation (OCN).
