A business strategy and change management advisor, Joe’s teaching, consulting and research interests include leadership development, strategy implementation, management of professional service firms, best practices in change management, and the design of customized executive education programs. He has consulted with clients in consumer products, insurance, financial services, the securities industry, software, travel, telecommunications, R&D, and the two largest membership organizations in the United States. Joe is currently finishing Beyond Smart Talk, a book about on execution knowhow and change management practices.
