Stephen M. Ross School of Business

Jon is a Principal of the firm and leads the Strategic HR practice area. He is also Ad­ministrative Director of the RBL Institute.

Jon’s career is a mix of consulting, line management and HR leadership experi­ence. Prior to joining The RBL Group, Jon was Chief Learning and Talent Officer of National City Corporation, a $140 billion dollar financial services organization, where he was responsible for corporate learning, staffing, performance manage­ment, and succession planning. He has also managed leadership development and executive compensation. For the dozen years prior, he was a co-founder and Managing Partner of the No­vations Group, a strategy implementation and leadership development firm, and led its New York office. He was also the execu­tive vice president and COO of NetValue U.S., the internet firm. Early in his career, Jon led a global internal consulting team for Exxon Chemicals. He has also been a faculty affiliate for Duke Corporate Educa­tion, and a faculty partner of the Center for Executive Development (CED). Jon has a Ph.D. in Organization and Social Psychology from the University of Toronto. He and his family live in Short Hills N.J.
