Dr. John Bodian KLOPFER joined the University of Hong Kong in 2019, after two years at the United States Naval Academy. He received his PhD in Economics from Princeton University in 2017, and his BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University in 2009.

John’s research interests are in education, labor, and personnel economics. His current research focuses on educational testing, elementary and secondary school finance, and information in labor markets.
