Bio

John Cronkite is a Lecturer and Leadership Coach at Stanford University in the Graduate School of Business. He teaches Leadership Labs and Leadership Coaching and serves as a Leadership Coach in the Arbuckle Leadership Fellows Program and as a Senior Facilitator in the Interpersonal Dynamics courses.

John is the founder and principal consultant of the Dirigo Consulting Group that provides executive coaching for high technology executives.

John understands leadership and change first-hand from his positions as Human Resources Director for several high technology companies and change consultant roles within the high technology and pharmaceutical industries.

He received an Ed.D in Adult Learning and Organizational Change from Boston University and an MBA in Financial Management from Michigan State University.

He is a member of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science: a non-profit organization whose purpose is to advance the field of applied behavioral science by providing training in the theory and practice of group dynamics, organizational change and societal change.
