Dr. McManus is an Assistant Professor within the Leon Hess Business School. He joined Monmouth University in 2012 while completing his Ph.D. at Rutgers. He has also served as the Director of the Leon Hess Business School’s Center for Entrepreneurship since 2013. Prior to entering academia, Dr. McManus worked as a Senior Vice President at Aon Corporation’s Financial Services Group for close to ten years. At Aon, Dr. McManus focused on Directors’ & Officers’ liability insurance programs as well as specialty insurance solutions tied to M&A activity.
