Wagner Graduate School of Public Service
Jodi Paroff is an independent program evaluation consultant. She most recently participated in research documenting the quality of infant and toddler childcare for the National Institute for Early Education Research at Rutgers. Paroff works in education, adolescent development, and social services with previous evaluation consulting for the Metrowest Community Health Foundation, the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, Newark Public Schools, the University of Pennsylvania and the American Museum of Natural History.
Ms. Paroff is committed to participatory evaluation for small non-profit organizations. She works collaboratively with agency leadership and staff so that they are the driving force behind evaluation design and subsequent organizational change. Paroff is also a science teacher and a writing coach, and follows innovations in science and math education. She earned her BS in Biology from Cornell University and her MPA from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
