Joan de Dou Playá is senior lecturer in the Department of Managing People in Organizations at IESE. Prof. de Dou runs his own private psychiatric practice and manages a team of professional psychiatrists and psychologists. He has also worked as a medical specialist and has held various positions at several psychiatric hospitals.
For several years, Prof. de Dou was an assistant in the Human Behavior Department of IESE. Additionally, he is a psychiatric consultant at Colegio Oficial de Médicos de Barcelona. He serves as an expert psychiatrist for the ecclesiastical tribunal of the Archdiocese of Barcelona, and an associate doctor at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra.
