Boasting over 14 years’ experience in a variety of roles within HR, L&D and Operations Management, Jo passionately enjoys building strong individuals and high-performing teams through nurturing their capabilities and helping them build expertise.
As a trusted partner, Jo has collaborated with senior managers, leaders and key stakeholders in culturally diverse contexts to drive both region-wide and global initiatives, with the aim to modernise learning and help promote a positive learning culture. She is always looking for opportunities to integrate learning into the workflow by bringing blended solutions and agile learning to life.
Furthermore, Jo brings a wealth of experience in design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programmes that support performance outcomes and are learnercentric, engaging, meaningful and fun.
Jo holds an MSc in Human Resources Management & Training, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Aviation Studies. She is also an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, a professional member with both the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
