Fitzsimmons, James A. Seay Professor of Business Emeritus, Department of Information, Risk, and Operations Management James Fitzsimmons received his B.S.E. from the University of Michigan, his M.B.A. from Western Michigan University, and his Ph.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles. His research and teaching interests include service management, strategic supply chain management, and procurement and supplier management.
