In his role as director of the SEEC Centre for Retail Leadership, Jim Danahy works closely with the SEEC team of executive education experts to carefully listen to client goals, custom-design professional development experiences and to attract the industry’s leading retail thinkers and practitioners as faculty in each retail discipline.

A third generation retailer, Jim Danahy has worked for over 30 years with retail chains, independents and consumer goods companies in virtually every product and service category, across Canada and the United States.

After holding executive positions with Tier-1 retail and CPG companies, Jim established CustomerLAB in 1994. His team of 40 experts specializes in retail unit economics, operational best practices, store location/real estate optimization, supply chain efficiency, retail business intelligence & management dashboards, retail business valuation, diligence and post-merger integration, and Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) for under-performing retail operations.
