I partner with my clients to accelerate development for themselves and their teams in order to improve their effectiveness and deliver exceptional results within their organization. Approaching each situation with a positive and appreciative mindset, I build trust and rapport and help people take their talent to the next level.

With over 15 years in Talent Management, Organizational Development and HR, I serve clients at individual, leadership and organizational levels. My work spans across multiple industries and functions including healthcare, engineering and technology, as well as MBAs, JDs, and PhDs across all fields. I have experience delivering workshops and keynotes in both corporate and professional association settings.

As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and holding over a dozen certifications including EQi ® & EQi 360 ® (Emotional Intelligence), Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Linkage Powerful Leader and Women in Leadership Assessments, and the Talent x7 Learning Agility Assessment, I build customized solutions for my clients’ unique needs.

MY WHY I have dedicated my career to helping strong performers identify goals and achieve them by guiding people through a process of reflection to create sustainable, positive change.
