Jesús Prada

I have a double degree in Mathematics and Computer Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2013) and in 2015 I finished my studies for a Double Master's Degree in Mathematics and Applications, MMA, and in Research and Innovation in ICT, i2-ICT, with a specialization in Computational Intelligence / Machine Learning, after which I started my doctoral studies in the area of ​​Machine Learning, now finalized, focusing on SVMs and Deep Learning/Computer Vision.

Since 2012 I have been a research fellow in machine learning and Big Data problems for two and a half years, first at the Instituto de Ingeniería del Conocimiento and later at the Machine Learning Group of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. In March 2015 I worked as a Data Scientist at Kernel Analytics. Since 2016 I have been working as a freelance, having collaborated on Machine Learning projects with companies such as Iberia Express, Asana Weartech (through the MIT Computer Vision Consortium) or Piperlab. In 2018, I started collaborations as a professor with the Madrid Business Institute and Escuela de Empresarios, EDEM, and also started working as Head of Machine Learning with Sigesa, a healthcare company, currently focusing on Deep Learning applied to Computer Vision.
