Haas School of Business

Jesse Goldhammer is currently the Associate Dean of Business Development and Strategy at UC Berkeley’s School of Information (I School), where he works to grow the I School and expand the impact of its programs. Jesse also serves as senior advisor to the I School’s Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity. Jesse was previously a principal at Monitor Deloitte, where he developed transformational programs to help clients launch new products and services.

Jesse earned a BA in social science from UC Berkeley as well as an MA and PhD in political science from New York University and UC Berkeley, respectively. He is an accomplished analyst, author and speaker on diverse topics, including scenario planning, social impact of technology, open innovation, cyber security and illicit globalization.
