Biography

Jeffrey Klein is Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs for the London campus at Hult Business School. Prior to joining Hult, he was Academic Director at the Ecole des Ponts Business School (Paris) and taught at Grenoble Ecole de Management and other French business schools, and was the Associate Director of Summer Term for Boston University. His latest research investigates how business leaders have increased emphasis on employee motivation through serving employee needs for mentoring, connection, community, and growth. He teaches courses in Change Management, Strategic Human Resources, International Management, and Leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in International Management from the International School of Management (Paris), a Master of Arts Degree in English Literature from Middlebury College and the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. He has also written and performed a play on the Hemingway- F. Scott Fitzgerald literary relationship and a completed work of non-fiction prose.
