Jeffrey Jones joined Executive Education in the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in January 2019. He specializes in leadership development, leader and team coaching, and organizational consulting. Prior to joining UNC Charlotte, Jeff was the Director of Leadership and Organization Development for the University of Maryland Medical System where he was responsible for the Healthcare Leadership Institute and the internal Consulting and Coaching Practice. Jeff also worked for Erickson Living, Wells Fargo Bank, T. Rowe Price, USF&G Insurance, and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
