Jean-Pierre Noel, Executive Remuneration Coach, and former SVP Global Reward, InterContinental Hotels Group With 25 years’ global HR experience with major multinationals, including over 12 years’ operating at Board level as a Senior Vice President on the Global HR Leadership Team of two FTSE 50 companies – InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Reckitt Benckiser Group (RB) – Jean-Pierre has hands-on experience of designing and implementing strategic reward practices that work and are practical. In addition to reward, he has specialist expertise in coaching, performance management, HR capability and HR Information Systems.

Jean-Pierre’s purpose is to assist others learn, grow and develop, and in 2018 he set up his own business which provides a boutique, personalised service supporting executives to build knowledge, confidence and capabilities in executive remuneration practice through coaching, training and mentoring. He is also an Associate with the CIPD, and a Trainer on CIPD’s “Developing a Reward Strategy” and “Benefits, Pensions and Share Schemes” 2-day courses. In addition, he is an MBA Tutor at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Jean-Pierre has a BSc(Econ) degree in Business Administration from Aberystwyth University, an MA in Human Resource Management from Kingston University, and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. After several years coaching, he is currently formalising his experience, and will become a formally accredited executive coach in the summer of 2019.
