Biography

Jean-Anne is the Programme Director for the MA Leadership programme starting in 2015, and also responsible for corporate MBA qualification programmes, for a wide variety of international clients. She develops and delivers modules, specialising in facilitation, action learning and leadership development. Jean-Anne has led several European and UK research projects, particularly focused on facilitation, action learning, SME & third sector leadership and leadership development & evaluation. Prior to joining Henley, Jean-Anne worked at British Airways developing their internal facilitation, leadership, project management and change capability programme. Jean-Anne is the Chair of the British Academy of Management Leadership & Leadership Development SIG and was recently elected to the BAM Council. She is on the editorial board for the Action Learning: Research and Practice journal. She is currently researching leadership and leadership development across generations, e.g. Generation Y.
