Jayan Warrier is an organisational development practitioner who has worked in the corporate world for more than 20 years in human resources, leadership development, sales and business. He led the regional leadership development portfolio at Hewlett Packard Singapore before starting his consulting practice.
He is a certified professional facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF CPF), a senior action learning coach with World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) and accredited in tools including MBTI type II, FACET-5, DISC, FIRO-B and EQ i-2.0.
Jayan is also a certified facilitator for Appreciative Leadership from Corporation for Positive Change and holds a certificate in Appreciative Inquiry. He has conducted ‘Change your Questions, Change your Life’ workshop with Inquiry Institute. He holds a Masters in Human Resources Development from George Washington University
