IE Business School

Javier is specialized in the direction of domestic and international arbitrations both institutional (ICC, Madrid Chamber of Commerce) and ad-hoc. He intervened in corporate controversies, as well as M&A, construction, insurance. He also specialized in civil and commercial litigation.

Javier has advised national and foreign clients throughout all economic sectors, from finance, industry or commercial to service providers and nonprofit organizations. Areilza represents his clients in courts and tribunals either in Spanish (courts and arbitration tribunals) and English (international arbitrations).
