Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth

Jason Barro is a partner at Bain & Co. in the New York office. He joined the firm in 2004, originally in the Boston office. At Bain, Jason is a leader in the Customer Strategy and Marketing practice, with a specialty in the areas of Net Promoter and customer-driven transformations. Jason has led customer transformations across a wide range of industries, including media/cable, retail, banking/credit cards, restaurants and healthcare. The work has involved both business-to-consumer and business-to business companies. Prior to joining Bain, Jason was an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School from 1999-2004, where he did research and taught courses on microeconomics, corporate governance and health economics. Jason earned his PhD, Masters, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics from Harvard University.
