Background
Jared Jones joined the School of Accounting in 2013 as the director of the Master of Accountancy program and a lecturer of accounting. After receiving his B.S. in accounting and marketing from Coastal Carolina University in 2004, Jared held auditor positions (staff auditor, audit manager) at several accounting firms, before entering the University of South Carolina for his MACC degree. Jared serves on the Masters of Accountancy Program Committee, is the faculty advisor for the MACC Student Association and sits on the School of Accounting FAD Putnam Scholarship Committee.
