My approach is to create fun and creative settings in which people feel valued and trusted. I want to pour life into the work, share wisdom, and inspire fellow professionals to be stronger leaders.

As a Master of Arts in Leadership graduate from Royal Roads University, I am a leadership consultant, workshop designer, facilitator and presenter. I have 18 years’ experience working with organizations in various industries including non-profit, pharmaceutical, hospitals, retirement homes and long-term care facilities. During this time, I learned that organizational values are imperative to embed into workplace culture to nurture inclusivity and diversity.

To me, leadership is about collaboration, partnership and good communication habits. These character traits help influence others and create a positive ripple effect among teams and organizations. When I think about leadership, titles and positions within a company are far from my mind! Instead I imagine all employees modeling the way; this concept exemplifies how all employees, regardless of generational differences, title or position within an organization can cultivate a caring workplace culture together.
