Janet Hammill has over 30 years of experience as a dynamic global project director and Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement leader. She has worked extensively with executive-level and mid-level leaders in the areas of strategy development, project excellence, business excellence, process mapping and organization design, coaching and training for Lean Six Sigma certification and value delivery. Her team-led work and approach has benefited many global corporations across industrial sectors since 1995 including Zodiac Seats, Westinghouse, ARCO Chemicals, ALCOA, GE Plastics, Rohm and Haas, Dow Chemical and most recently AAP, BP, Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell Oil plc and the Sadara Chemical JV Project.

Janet earned her BS in Chemistry from Clarion University in Pennsylvania, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from GE Plastics and Dow Chemicals, and a Master Black Belt at Rohm and Haas. She serves as an adjunct professor at St Vincent College in Business Administration, Change Management, and Lean Audit. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh in Industrial Engineering and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Janet has certified and coached students as an Improvement Coach in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training since 2018 and was a Lean and Kaizen Coach at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Her professional development portfolio includes Lean Leadership Training, Lean Change Manager Expert Certification, Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master Certification, Chevron Project Development and Execution Processes (CPDEP) and Operational Excellence (OE) certifications.
