Biography

UCL School of Management

I entered in academia in 2003 having spent the bulk of my career in the IT industry. I have a well established teaching and mentoring portfolio which spans some 11 years at University College London and Kingston University. I currently lead the Marketing Teaching Group within the School, combined with teaching three taught modules each year. I hold membership of the UCL School of Management  Teaching Committee representing both the Marketing teaching group and Teaching Fellows. I represent Teaching Fellows at Engineering Faculty Level on the UCL Academic Board and enjoy these opportunities to shape policy and direction within the wider institution. In 2014 I was appointed a UCL ARENA Lead Partner and Assessor. I am an active member of the UCL Faculty of Engineering Teaching Fellows Network, being engaged in the proposed development of a Teaching Excellence Framework based on the HEA best practice guidance. I hold Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and Chartered Marketer Status with CIM. A regular contributor to the UCL Teaching and Learning Community, winner of the 2017 Provosts Teaching Award.
