Jan Rijken

Jan Rijken is the former Chief Learning Officer for KPMG, ABNAMRO and Mercedes-Benz and is a recognized thought leader in the international Learning & Talent community. In his current role as Director of the Crossknowledge Learning Institute, Jan’s main goal is to share his experience and knowledge with the CrossKnowledge client network and empower them in their strategic Learning performance transformation. In addition, he conducts applied research, publishes on strategic Learning topics on different media and inspires as speaker at international conferences. He is one of the lead facilitators of the International Masterclass L&D Leadership and Head of the Program Advisory Board.
