Biography

Head of Marketing & Communications at PwC Switzerland and Leader Digital Marketing at PwC Europe, responsible for a team of 50+ people with 12 direct reports. I am a Senior Executive with more than 15 years of international experience across various industries such as finance & insurance, transportation & logistics, telecommunications, energy & technology. I have been awarded the "Swiss Award Corporate Communications" & the "European Change Communication Award". I have also been nominated as "Thought Leader 2015" by the Swiss journal Marketing & Kommunikation. Currently I am lecturing Corporate Communications at the University of Applied Sciences and Art in Lucerne.

I am passionate about Data and AI Driven Marketing & Communications, because it challenges me to create change in customers´ and clients´ behavior through consciously building preferences within a fully integrated digital ecosystem anlong the sales funnel and enabling sustainable profitable growth. I also like to inspire and excite internal and external stakeholders when it comes to further improve their brand and sales channels. I thrive when being able to exploit available potential and am fond of alive working environments. I create a joyful, high performing and dynamic working environment and deeply care about contributing to my team members, supporting them in reaching their full potential.
