Center for Creative Leadership
Jamie is a Senior Faculty member who joined CCL (DSL) program. He also designs and delivers custom interventions including high-potential programs and in-depth assessment, feedback and coaching to senior executives and facilitation with their teams.
Jamie came to the Center for Creative Leadership as an experienced management training and organizational development consultant. His unique background includes product management, sales and marketing, career consulting and organization development. Jamie began his career in sales and marketing as a Product Manager with Gloucester Engineering and later served as a pastor in Massachusetts. As a Senior Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison and Vice President of Manchester Inc., Jamie coached executives and led seminars in career transition before starting his own consulting business. He specialized in assessment, leadership development, executive coaching, team building, diversity, and organizational development interventions. Jamie’s humor, clarity and genuine style contribute to his effectiveness as a trainer, facilitator, coach and speaker.
Jamie has extensive international experience as lead faculty with large clients delivering close to 50 programs in more than a dozen countries including: The UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, The Czech Republic, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China and Korea. In addition he has worked with hundreds of international executives in the Center’s Leadership at the Peakprogram and other venues for top executives. Jamie is often requested by clients to work long term and across business units, and functions in their organizations to work with executive teams. His client work includes more than 10 years with Mars and Catholic Health Partners with awards from ASTD.
Jamie holds a B.A. in History from Gordon College graduating Cum Laude, and a M.Div. from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Jamie has held adjunct faculty positions at the Rensselaer Graduate School in Hartford and the University of Maryland University College.
