Jaime Alvarez is a former professor of Financial Economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In September, he will join One to One Corporate Finance, a consulting firm specializing in mergers and company acquisitions as a Senior Manager. Alvarez was a former Director at Brand Finance PLC in Spain and Intangible Business LTD in Spain and Latin America. He specializes in valuation processes and corporate business operations specifically in the areas of brand value, patent, software, and client portfolio.
He is a graduate in Actuarial and Financial Sciences and Business Administration and holds a PhD in Finance all from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
