Jacqueline Blount is a passionate diversity and inclusion practitioner with over 13 years of experience in developing inclusion based initiatives, change management and HR.

Jacqueline Blount is a passionate diversity and inclusion practitioner with over 13 years of experience in developing inclusion based initiatives, change management and HR. Currently, she is the Diversity and Inclusion Manager for Giant Food. In this role, she is responsible for developing and advancing the company's diversity and inclusion strategy. She works closely with Brand leaders to provide insights, resources, tools, and program design that will advance strategic talent management, foster a culture of inclusion, and ensure D&I principles are embedded into new and existing business programs in support of management best practices and good corporate citizenship.

Prior to Giant Food, Jacqueline worked for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) as their D&I Program Leader, and before that she served in D&I analytical roles with Alignment Strategies and Shiftwork, LLC. Jacqueline also spent 8 years at UNIGLOBE Travel Designers where she gained extensive experience in HR, change management and developing inclusion based initiatives.

Jacqueline holds a master’s in human resources (diversity & inclusion management concentration) from Georgetown University, an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Scheller College of Business, and a BA in economics from Spelman College. She holds various certifications including a Management Certificate from the Ohio State University and a Race and Equity in Higher Education Certificate from the Penn Institute for Doctoral Students. She is also a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
