Biography
McCourt School of Public Policy
Dr. Jacob Jenkins serves as the McCourt School’s Executive Director of Executive Education. Prior to joining McCourt, he served at George Mason University’s Institute for Leadership Excellence. From 2003-2015 he held appointments at the U.S. Department of Justice and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. His teaching and scholarship focuses on the training and development of the federal workforce.
He earned his BA and MPA from George Mason University and read European Political Theory as an Associate Member of Christ Church College at the University of Oxford. He earned his Ed.D in Intelligence Community Leadership from Creighton University.
