International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Mr. Ramage is the executive director of the Master Builders’ Association of Western Pennsylvania, Inc., the Western Pennsylvania chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). He serves as the chief executive officer responsible for directing day-to-day operations and overseeing the activities of the organization. Because of his extensive experience as a labor relations practitioner, Mr. Ramage directly manages all facets of the association’s labor relations activities including negotiation of labor contracts, serving as a trustee on numerous construction industry Taft-Hartley fringe benefit funds, and appointing and monitoring trustees on many other plans. He currently serves on the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Financial Review Committee. Previous IFEBP activities include chairing the Apprentice, Training and Education Committee and serving on the Trustees Committee and Board of Directors.
