Biography
EGADE Business School
Ivan Lathouders is a finance research professor with a focus on corporate finance. He studied his Ph.D. in Finance at Warwick Business School as well as an M.Sc. Finance and Economics. Ivan teaches several graduate finance courses.
Prior to joining academia, he had a career in finance as an actuary, sell-side analyst, corporate financier and bank manager. During his career he obtained all major financial analyst exam designations. He is both a CFA charterholder and a Certified European Financial Analyst.
His current research focuses on capital structure, cost of capital, financial analysis and analyst estimates. He has presented his research at some of the main international finance conferences.
