Cedep

Iván Cuesta is an entrepreneur, board member, researcher and lecturer. His field of interest spans from purchasing, strategic supply operations, life science startups, to corporate governance.

Iván currently leads life science startups in France and Switzerland, and he founded Baby Food Brand Biologix in France, two companies that value natural products.

A Chemistry Engineer by background, he also holds a post-master’s degree in International Purchasing. As Supply Chain Executive Manager, he created purchasing & supply chain structures from scratch and designed global operations set up.

With over fifteen years international experience in FMCG and Life Science industries, he has an excellent understanding of the industry, and in particular of specialized nutrition.

Passionate about corporate governance and activist shareholders, Ivan is currently completing an executive Doctorate (DBA) at Ecole des Ponts in Paris on activist shareholders and their impact on the agenda of corporations.

Ivan bridges sound academic thinking into real world contexts, and brings his unique perspectives for running a value-driven business into the classroom. He’s a Visiting Professor at Bocconi Business School, EADA in Barcelona and Politecnico in Milan.
