Background

David Johnson joined the faculty of the University of South Carolina at the Darla Moore School of Business in the fall of 2014 and lectures in the areas of business law and taxation. Prior to joining the Moore School faculty, Johnson was a shareholder in the law firm of Turner, Padget, Graham & Laney, P.A., where he currently practices tax and estate planning law in a counsel role.

Research

Johnson’s primary research interests are business law, taxation, business appraisal and ERISA.
