Biography

Gérard Monpin regularly teaches leadership and coaches executives in HEC Executive Education programs.

Throughout a career dedicated to the development of human resources and organizations, Gérard Monpin has fulfilled assignments as manager of consultant teams, as head of consulting companies or as an independent consultant, in diverse countries (France, USA, Iran, Mexico, Switzerland, Brazil, Japan, Africa, Morocco) and for companies in various sectors. He deals mainly with senior management teams, human resource and training departments.

While originally trained in mathematics, Gérard Monpin completed his training in social sciences and personal development. He is a sociologist, holding a Ph.D. in Ethnology from Sorbonne University.
