Biography

Isabelle Né, DBA, is assistant professor in the fields of Management and Behaviours at Grenoble Ecole de Management since 2011. She teaches and conducts research on "Management" and "Organizational Behaviours". Previously to this, she has had experience within several administrative environments (private and public) that were the opportunities to get to know the tertiary work environment, as well as to look into teamwork and management specificities: ground to her DBA research (Relationships Management Training: Favourable factors). Her previous educational background was specialized in Sociology with specific interests in Psychosociology, ethics (in the sports field), and educational contexts (South Africa).
