Frankfurt School of Finance & Management

Ionela Andreicovici is Assistant Professor of Accounting at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Prior to joining Frankfurt School, Ionela was a Ph.D. Candidate at ESSEC Business School. She also holds a Ph.D. from Babes-Bolyai University, where she did her undergraduate studies as well. Before entering academia, Ionela gained practical experience with an accounting company in Romania.

Her research area is centered on understanding how firms’ disclosure and reporting decisions affect the behavior and the allocation of economic resources of financial statement users. Other research interests include financial analysts, earnings management and, textual analysis.
