Mason School of Business
Professor Inga Carboni is an associate professor of organizational behavior at the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary. Professor Carboni has been developing corporate leaders for many years through focused workshops, graduate and undergraduate courses, and academic writings. Her research focuses on understanding the antecedents and outcomes for individuals who form relationships with diverse individuals. Her work has appeared in many journals and books, including Human Resource Management, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Research Methods, Journal of Management Education, Group Dynamics, and The Organizational Network Fieldbook. Professor Carboni holds a doctoral degree in Organization Studies from Boston College and is a certified court mediator. Prior to pursing her doctorate, Inga worked in different capacities in industry, including marketing, management consulting and project development.
