Biography
University of Cape Town
With a background in Social Psychology I moved into research in Organisational Psychology. My research seeks to enhance South Africa's chance to meet the UN Sustainable Development Goals through the creation of decent work and sustainable livelihood. This allows me to combine my research interests with my previous experience as a community development practitioner. I am particularly interested in how work contributes to quality of life and work-life for low-income workers.
