Biography

NUS Institute of Systems Science

Hoe Siu Loon is Principal Lecturer and Consultant at the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore (NUS). He has more than 20 years of industry experience in assisting C-suite executives from both the private and public sectors. Siu Loon has held various managerial and consulting roles in strategic planning, corporate affairs, talent management and business process reengineering in multinational and local companies. He has led large-scale organisational change management projects across the region in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and South Korea, and conducted digital government training for senior public sector officers from a number of countries.

Siu Loon obtained his PhD in management and MBA in international business from The University of Western Australia (UWA), and BSc from NUS. He has also attended executive education programmes at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Nanyang Business School. Siu Loon is a former research fellow and tutor on the adjunct faculty of UWA Business School and has published more than a dozen peer-reviewed articles. An award-winning reviewer, he currently serves on the editorial boards of several international journals.
