Hermann Fischer

He is a Business Psychologist based in Geneva and currently Managing Partner of BPI. He specializes in leadership development and change management within multinational organizations, focusing on individual and teams. After an organizational career as Consulting Psychologist, he concentrated on a consulting career. Organizational assignments typically include strategy sessions, organizational development and restructuring. Individual assignments typically include one-to-one coaching, leadership development and team building. He has participated in leadership development initiatives for Generali, Swiss Life, Thyssen Krupp, Swarovski, Tetra Pak, Mahindra and Grundfos. He works at executive and senior management level. He also acted as an Executive Coach on a one-to-one basis with several of the above multinationals such as Anglo American Corporation and De Beers Group, to name only a few.
