Biography
Henry is an Industrial Engineer and Master Black Belt certified by the University of York (Schulich School of Business) with over 17 years of experience in continuous improvement, leading projects in North and Latin America.
Henry has a practical approach to Lean Six Sigma and is motivated by the achievement of tangible financial results. In addition, Henry is specialized in funding solutions for innovation offered by the Government of Canada.
In his career, he has assisted businesses in several sectors (manufacturing, service, and government), generating profits for over US$65M.
In the field of academics, Henry is a professor at Sheridan College (Ontario, Canada) and teaches the Lean Six Sigma Foundations and the Data Analysis courses in the Lean Six Sigma program.
