Henk Vanhulle

Henk Vanhulle studied at the University of Louvain (KU Leuven) and at the University of Illinois (LL.M). He also obtained a postgraduate degree in taxation from the School of Fiscal Sciences (Brussels).

Since 2007, Henk Vanhulle is Head of Tax at Linklaters. He is also professor in Corporate Tax at Vlerick Business School and professor of the clinic ''International tax planning'' at the KU Leuven.

He has significant experience of corporate tax, with particular emphasis on structured finance, derivative and capital market transactions and corporate M&A. His experience also includes employee share schemes and tax litigation, as well as tax aspects related to private banking and estate planning.
