Biography

Helen Davis is the head of Supply NA for Hygiene Home in NA. In this role she works closely her Marketing and Sales colleagues on brining innovations to life while improving service through efficient processes and new tools. Helen leads a team of manufacturing plants, customer service, logistics and planning teams and is executing a vision of an autonomous supply chain through usage of cutting edge artificial intelligence and machine learning tools and processes. In addition to her daily role, Helen is the North American sponsor for RB’s Women’s Initiative, D.A.R.E. which focuses on developing, attracting, retaining, and engaging, women within RB.
Prior to joining RB, Helen worked for Coca-Cola for 20 years in various supply chain roles. Most recently, she led the US Chain for Coca-Cola Refreshments while also refranchising the business. Before moving into that role, she worked for Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetraenke in Germany leading first Manufacturing and thereafter Planning. She has also worked in the Middle East, India and China, transforming the supply chains for the bottlers in these locations.
Helen grew up in Glendive, Montana with her four sisters and one brother where they all learned how to fish, tap dance, and white-water raft. She graduated from University of Montana with a degree in Microbiology and Medical Technology and later furthered her education with executive courses at Harvard.
Currently, Helen serves on the advisory board for Supply Chain for Rutgers University and is also an adjunct Professor there where she participates in Women’s Symposiums as well as teaching mini-MBA classes.
Helen and her husband, Brian, reside in Randolph, NJ with their three boys, Brian Jr., Matthew, and Elijah.
