Heather's career spans more than 30 years in the manufacturing and transportation industries and includes experience living and working in Asia. She also held various leadership positions in procurement, logistics and marketing with Honeywell, Union Pacific Corporation and NCR Corporation. As the Executive Director of AWESOME (Achieving Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations, Management, and Education), she has responsibility for strategic planning and implementation of initiatives to advance women’s leadership in supply chain.
