Future London Academy

Harry is the Head of Writing & Customer Experience at Monzo Bank, where he established a writing culture and has built the writing team from scratch. He is a writer, trainer and language strategist. He has trained thousands of people to be more confident and effective with words, including lawyers, engineers, journalists, bankers, brand people and writers from agencies like Wieden+Kennedy, M&C Saatchi and Ogilvy. He believes that better writing can measurably improve every single aspect of a business, inside and out, and I spend my days trying to prove it.
