Hertie School of Governance

Hans-Peter Meister is a Fellow at the Hertie School of Governance. He is the founder and owner of IFOK GmbH, Meister Consultants Group (Boston) and Meister Europe GmbH. Before starting IFOK, Meister was Head of Community Communications at BASF in Ludwigshafen and previously served as spokesman of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. He is a leading expert on sustainability, stakeholder dialogue and citizen participation as well as political mediation.
